All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Australian GST of 10% .

Payment

All payment on the web site is through PayPal. We can accept payment by Visa and Mastercard through e-mail orders only. Please contact us directly at staff@sproutdesign.net.au if PayPal is not possible.

Domestic Shipping

We ship all orders through Australia with trackable door to door couriers.

International Shipping

International shipping costs are passed on to the customer through a PayPal request for money when the amount is confirmed.

Purchasing

Sproutdesign products are subject to availability of both base cloth and produced item.  If a sproutdesign product is out of stock at a time when we receive the order, we will inform you and provide an expected delivery date.
If your selected sproutdesign product is no longer available we will contact you with the option of cancelling your order if substitute goods are not appropriate.

At sproutdesign, we endeavour to display and list as accurately as we can the true colours and sizes of sproutdesign products. However, we cannot guarantee that the colour of a sproutdesign product as delivered will replicate how it appeared to you on-screen; in part, this is dependent upon your computer’s display monitor, and how you perceive colour.

Returns

Sproutdesign guarantees all the products we sell to be free from defects of workmanship. We understand that items purchased may not always suit, and sproutdesign will offer exchange or credit if you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer a full refund or exchange if the item is faulty. All return shipping costs will be met by the customer. This is on the basis that: 1) All items must be in 100% new condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached. 2) We are first notified by email before sending the product back to us. 3) Your return must be received by us within seven (7)days from the date of delivery. 4) Item is sent back to us via registered post or another form of trackable method as we cannot be responsible for lost packages. Please note: We do not refund for change of mind so please choose carefully. Returned items for exchange that have been worn, damaged, or altered from the original condition will be returned to the customer and no exchange or credit will be given. This will be at the discretion of sproutdesign. Please also ensure all returned items are packaged safely and securely as we can not accept exchanges that have been damaged through transit. If your chosen exchange item is not available, we will contact you in regards to your options of another item. If the wrong order has been shipped on our part, no re-delivery fee will be charged. We regret we are unable to refund the original shipping and handling costs except in the case where the wrong order has been shipped. We take no responsibility in the event of a faulty garment where special care instructions were not followed. For international exchanges, all the above conditions still apply.

Intellectual Property

You acknowledge that all copyright, trade marks, and other intellectual property rights in and relating to the sproutdesign site and sproutdesign products are owned by us. It is easy to copy material which appears on web-sites, but this does not mean it is legal. Therefore, no-one may copy, distribute, show in public or create any derivative work from the sproutdesign site, an sproutdesign product or any of the material which is found on the sproutdesign site unless properly licensed to do so by us.
